What is Titan Apps?

Titan Apps is Google Workspace, which is provieded by Google. Google Workspace includes, but not limited to: Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, YouTube, Photos, Calendar, Maps, etc.

What is my login information for Google Workspace

Your username for Google Workspace is your CSUF student email address (username@csu.fullerton.edu)  and your password is your CSUF Portal password.

What is the storage limit for Google Drive?

The storage limit for your Google Drive is 15 GB.

 

What will happen to my Titan Apps files when I graduate?

You will only be able to access your TitanApps – Google Workspace for nine months after you have graduated.  An email will be sent to students 30 days before it gets disabled and will have instructions on how you can back up your data

For students who graduated 2008 or later, you will still have access to your CSUF email and Portal as these are not part of the Google Workspace, provided you have setup your Microsoft 2FA.

 

Can I access my Titan Apps directly from Google instead of going through the Portal?

Yes you can.  For the username make sure you enter your full campus email address i..e @csu.fullerton.edu.  You will then be redirected to the Titan Apps login screen where you will need to re-enter your CSUF username & password.
