How long will I have to wait to receive confirmation my support request submission has been completed?

Once a request has been submitted via Smartsheet Request Support Form, you will receive an email notification that the request have been received. Please allow 2 business days for the Post-Award Coordinator to provide status update on the request via email. You may view the status of your request by visiting the Dynamic View. The link to your Dynamic View was emailed to you once the request was submitted. 

What is the difference in job roles of the Post-Award Support Coordinator and the OSP Administrator?

The Post-Award Support Coordinator role is to assists faculty PIs with the completion and submission of documentation to the OSP Administrator for their review and approval. The Post-Award Support Coordinator is a liaison between the faculty PI and the OSP Administrator. 

Do I need to pay a fee to set up an account to use Smartsheet?

No, setting up an account to use Smartsheet while submitting a request is free. If this is your first time using Smartsheet, you will be prompted to create an account. However, this is free and will provide access to collaborate with the Post-Award Support Coordinator. 

I need to submit a request for check request but have multiple recipients, do I need to submit a new request for each recipient?

No, you do not need to submit a new request for each recipient. Complete the form for the first individual then attach a document with the names of the remaining recipients along with all the answers to the questions that the form required. Attach that document to your submission and add a comment in the description of request "please see attached for additional recipients".
