Kinesiology, B.S. Concentration in Teacher Education

The following Four-Year Roadmaps are meant to be a guide for students and academic advisors in planning a path to a degree within four years (eight semesters) if the student is able and willing to do so. The requirements outlined may not apply to students in earlier catalog years, especially in the GE courses required in specific categories.   1. Prerequisites should be verified in the catalog prior to registration each term.
  2. Courses in BOLD are recommended for all kinesiology majors' courses in ITALICS are recommended/required for the concentration.
  3. Meet wtih GE advisors to determine sequence for completion of GE requirements.
  4. Meet with KNES advisor each semester.
  5. Apply for graduation once you have earned 85 units.
  6. Students completing the SMPP-PE are required to compolete KNES 240, 241, 242, AND 243; co-enroll in  KNES 494 with each KNES 386 and KNES 387.
