2021 Open Enrollment Closes Soon on Oct. 15
Open Enrollment is Sept. 20-Oct. 15. This is your annual opportunity to review benefits and make changes for the upcoming year, effective January 1, 2022. Find more information on the HRDI Open Enrollment webpage. There is still a chance to Open Enrollment questions answered by a representative, attend the final virtual information session this week on Oct. 13 at 11 am-1 pm (zoom link: https://fullerton.zoom.us/j/85607778560). Upon arrival, you will be placed in a queue and a representative will assist you once available. Please be prepared to wait for one-on-one assistance.
One Book, One CSUF Fall Launch event: Beyond They Called Us Enemy
(NEW LOCATION)
Wednesday, Oct. 13 at noon-1 pm in TSU Pavillion B
The event will also be shown via livestream at titancom.fullerton.edu/ttvspecials. Hear from a panel of scholars profoundly affected by the incarceration of Japanese-Americans during World War II as they speak on various aspects of this injustice. The panel will also answer questions from members of the audience about the book by George Takei. Learn more and register here

Titan Table Talk: Resiliency in LGBTQ+ Communities
Wednesday, Oct. 27 at 11:30 am-1 pm
This year’s Titan Table Talk theme centers on narratives from members of the various highlighted cultural heritage months – all expressing their personal experience with resiliency throughout the pandemic and beyond. Each heritage month will feature current and matriculated Titans, along with our various community supporters, culminating around stories of how they, their community, and the nation – have had to be resilient in the face of adversity. Wellness Walk
The CSUF Wellness Walk is officially open! Titans can now get their steps in on campus, thanks to a partnership between CSUF and Providence St. Jude Medical Center. Track your progress along the 2-mile path with the Wellness Walk map, available on the iFullerton app or at fullerton.edu/walk.
2021 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
Thank you to those who participated in this year’s Customer Satisfaction Survey. Results from the second annual survey are now available on our website. The findings provide valuable insights into the employee experience, identify opportunities for improvement and areas of success, and guide our priorities moving forward as we work to enhance our programs and services.
New Separation & Property Clearance Process
The new employee separation and property clearance process will go live in late October. Thanks to the transition to ServiceNow, separations and enhanced asset tracking are now processed in one common application. Visit the employee separation webpage later this month for the updated process, online form, and additional support including FAQs, guides, and resources.
