EXTENDED DEADLINE: APRIL 8, 2024 at 5:00 pm. Please contact Dr. Sarah G. Grant with any questions.

In addition to the official application form, please download the Faculty Letter of Recommendation form, follow the instructions, and submit this form via email or hardcopy to a faculty member at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) who is familiar with your academic work and your personal qualifications for this program. If you are new to CSUF or a transfer student, you may secure a letter of recommendation from faculty at another academic institution, including community colleges. Your faculty recommender will be instructed to complete the form and a letter of recommendation for submission to MMUF Faculty Coordinator, Dr. Sarah Grant (sagrant@fullerton.edu), by EXTENDED DEADLINE: APRIL 8, 2024 at 5:00 pm

Eligibility and Application Components

• Sophomore or junior standing at the time of application (anticipated graduation date: Spring 2026)
• GPA of 3.3 or above
• Plan to pursue a doctoral degree in one of the Mellon-approved fields of study (see list below)
• A completed application form including requested short essays, letter of recommendation, and reference
