We aim to improve student performance and graduation rates at CSUF by implementing an AI-driven alert system that identifies and supports at-risk students. In this work we address three main challenges: 1. Early Identification: Create an alert system to detect students at risk of underperforming or dropping courses. 2. Personalized Support: Enable instructors to offer tailored assistance, resources, guidance, and check-ins. 3. Comprehensive Access: Provide advisors and support staff with access to the system for holistic student support.
