Dr. Saby Labor
With 18 years of experience in higher education, I am a passionate and dynamic learning program manager at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). I develop, plan, promote, implement, and evaluate learning programs that support the university's vision, mission, and strategic goals in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). I also serve in a leadership role and collaborate with various units of the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Programs to devise and implement our learning strategy, under the guidance of the Assistant Vice President.
In addition to my role at CSUF, I am the founder and CEO of Resilient Campus, a coaching and consulting organization focused on issues of inclusion and leadership development. I offer one-on-one coaching, equity and inclusion training, and curriculum design services to help organizations create more inclusive and resilient cultures. I also teach graduate-level courses in professional and ethical foundations of student affairs administration and social justice and inclusion at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. My goal is to empower learners and leaders as global citizens by connecting real world experiences to knowledge obtained inside and outside the classroom.
