New Xerox Copiers Arriving on Campus

New Xerox Copiers

Due to the equipment end-of-life and the expiration of the current Lease Agreement, new copiers are being deployed on campus. The Xerox copiers are designed to deliver improved efficiency, superior print quality, and enhanced service reliability. 

Key Highlights:

  • Consistent Pricing: The pricing structure for these copiers remains unchanged.
  • On-Site Assistance: To ensure a smooth transition, IT Helpdesk and the Xerox delivery teams will assist with printer driver update during deployment.
