Registration

Registration starts on April 1, 2017. To register, please complete the online Registration Form below. The registration fee is mandatory for all participants and should be paid in cash at the registration desk . It covers all conference materials, coffee/tea and pastries during breaks, lunches and dinners, conference banquets as well as cultural activities in Khiva and Urgench including trips to Ancient Khorezm Fortresses.

Participants from Uzbekistan : 250,000 Uzbekistan soms
Participants from other countries : $250
Students can attend the conference free of charge

Trip to Bukhara and Samarkand (optional)

Bukhara only: $100 (includes meals and guided travel to Bukhara by car)
Samarkand only: $150 (includes meals and guided travel to Samarkand by car)
Bukhara and Samarkand: $200 (includes meals and guided travel to Bukhara and Samarkand by car)
