All newly admitted students, undergraduate and graduate, are required to accept their offer of admission and pay the non-refundable and non-transferable $250 enrollment administrative charge (unless you qualify for an enrollment administrative charge deferral).
Fall deadline: May 1 for Freshman and Transfers. Applicants admitted after May 1 will have 15 days from the date of admission, printed on the admit letter, to accept their admission offer. Graduate deadline is determined by the academic department or by the start of the term.
Spring deadline: November 1 for Transfers. Applicants admitted after October 15 have two weeks from the date of admission, printed on the admit letter, to accept their admission offer. Graduate deadline is determined by the Department or by the start of the term.

Acceptable methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or electronic check. You will receive an email confirmation once your acceptance and charge have been accepted. Please note that payments take up to 24 hours to post to your Student Account. You will receive a secondary email, to your CSUF email, once your payment has successfully posted.
NOTE: Partial payment is not accepted. If partial payment is received, it will remain on your student account and your acceptance for admission will not be confirmed until the full $250 is received.

If your payment does not successfully process, we will notify you by email. The email will be sent to your CSU Fullerton email address, which can be accessed through your Student Portal. link opens in a new windowIt is important to note that your acceptance will not be confirmed until you successfully pay your enrollment administrative charge.
If your payment was rejected, most likely you entered an incorrect routing number when attempting to pay by electronic check. Please check with your financial institution to get the correct number before you attempt again.

The Enrollment Administrative Charge will be deferred for students who meet the following criteria and will be stated in your student portal:
If you qualify for an Enrollment Administrative Charge Deferral, it will state in your CSUF Student Portal in "Your Decsion" page within the box, next to "Deposit Deferral" in it will say "Yes" as seen below.

Please contact the Admissions Help Desklink opens in a new window soon as possible if you have decided not to attend. If you have already registered for classes, be sure to drop all of your classes. If you were required to pay the enrollment deposit, this amount will be forfeited as the deposit is not refundable. If you choose to consider enrolling at CSU Fullerton in the future, you will need to reapply for admission and meet the admission requirements and deadlines at that time.
