ORANGE COUNTY DATA ACQUISITION PARTNERSHIP (OCDAP)

OCDAP LICENSING & NDA FOR PARTICIPATING AGENCIES

Agencies that can join the OCDAP Program include government agencies and others wishing to access these data for Orange County.

OCDAP Cycle 2 (FY2022/23-FY2023/24)

Private entities that contract with these agencies can access OCDAP Cycle 2 data for those agency projects by signing the following document:

Citing ortho products in OCDAP Cycle 2 (FY2022/23-FY2023/24)

OCDAP Cycle 1  (FY2020/21-FY2021/22)

Private entities that contract with these agencies can access OCDAP Cycle 1 data for those agency projects by signing the following document:

Citing Pictometry Data for ortho products in OCDAP Cycle 1  (FY2020/21-FY2021/22)

When citing the source of the Pictometry data please use one of the two following options:

Option 1 "Short Version"
"This is a proprietary dataset provided courtesy of the Orange County Data Acquisition Partnership (OCDAP) and Pictometry International Corp."

Option 2 "Long Version"
“This is a proprietary dataset provided courtesy of the Orange County Data Acquisition Partnership (OCDAP) and Pictometry International Corp. Use other than what is allowable under license or by written permission from Pictometry International Corp. will be considered unauthorized and may be punishable by law. Permission for external use may be given with written permission from Pictometry International Corp.”
 

Private Companies
Private companies that would like to access the data can contact the Cycle 1 vendor, EagleView for information and pricing.
