Workers' Compensation

California (WC) laws require California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) to provide Workers' Compensation Benefits to employees who are injured or who develop an illness as a direct result of their employment. The University is required to report work related injuries or illnesses. Serious injuries must be reported to CAL/OSHA within eight (8) hours from the time of the incident.

 

ADA/Accommodations "Disability Act"

The American with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a civil rights law designed to remove barriers which prevent qualified individuals with disabilities from enjoying the same employment opportunities that are available to persons with disabilities.
