Welcome to the Second USA-Uzbekistan Conference on Analysis and Mathematical Physics
About the Conference
The second USA-Uzbekistan Conference on Analysis and Mathematical Physics will be held on August 8-12, 2017 at Urgench State University (Uzbekistan). The conference aims to stimulate interactions among the U.S. mathematicians and their counterparts in Uzbekistan and other countries, and serve as a catalyst for future collaborations. It will center on the following main themes: algebra and functional analysis, dynamical systems, mathematical physics and partial differential equations, probability theory and mathematical statistics, and pluripotential theory. A number of significant results have recently been established in these areas, which will be disseminated through the scheduled plenary talks. Parallel sessions will allow for the presentation of a broad spectrum of results in the area through the scheduled invited talks. Poster presentations will afford more junior mathematicians and students the opportunity to speak on their work.
Conference Support
Local organizers will cover all the local expenses of foreign invited speakers in Urgench and Khiva, including local transportation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, and conference banquet) and hotel (up to 6 nights).
