Vision and Values

Our diverse and committed faculty and staff offer an exceptional and inclusive educational experience to Cal State Fullerton students. We are intentional about growing people and developing practices so that faculty and students have an equitable opportunity for success and a strong sense of belonging. These actions are essential to realize students' academic accomplishments and personal development; promote faculty's research and creative activities; and recruit and retain highly talented faculty and staff.
