First Generation College Student Initiatives
At Cal State Fullerton, more than 32.4% of our student population identifies as first-generation: the first in their family to go to college. We understand that acceptance into college is only the first step, as we are committed to providing retention and support services to ensure that first-generation students are successful along the way.

Project upGRADS
Project upGRADS , acronym for U tilizing & P romoting G raduate R esources & A ccess for D isadvantaged S tudents, extends until Sept. 30, 2024. Project upGRADS provides student support services related to enrolling, persisting, and graduating from Cal State Fullerton.

Diversity Initiatives and Resource center
DIRC supports students by building communities that foster a sense of belonging, creating opportunities to engage in self-discovery and critical inquiry, and serving as a hub for resources in inclusive and affirming spaces.

Mentorship Information
The TAPP Center is excited to offer mentorship to new transfer, adult re-entry, and parenting students. Students interested in being part of the mentorship program may fill out an interest form.

RAISE Transfer Program
