Info Blocks: Events

Event Styles

Add events and keep your content fresh with little extra work.  Locally created events, imported events from 25Live, or other resources will work.  No matter the amount of events you only need to set up the page once.  Events will automatically drop off and new events will show up.

How to add events to your pages

The events info block is a special file.  Each site is given a single, specific info block file for events found inside the setup folder.  That file will not only let you make local events but it also includes a wizard to help you build the connection data for pulling in data from the Campus calendar.  You do not need to own or maintain a Campus calendar to use it, if you want to display a department or related calendar you can do so on any page.

Event Styles

Display Modifiers

The modifiers are styles that can be applied to some styles that can help set display defaults.  When users have access to controls these defaults may be changed.

Default Display Count

Used on the calendar-split-events and event-promotion styles, this will help set how many items are displayed by default.  This will control the default dropdown display count within the calendar-split-events style.
