What is the process for requesting data?
Data requests should be made via the Data Request Form.
How long does it take to complete a request?
Once assigned and scheduled, most requests are completed within two to three weeks.
What types of information does OIEP office provide?
- Official Enrollment Information
- Graduation and Retention Rates
- Grades Distribution
- Faculty Headcount and FTEF
- Student Demographics
- Other types of data upon request.

What types of information does the OIEP office NOT provide?
We do not provide Financial Aid information, student commute information, personal background information, off campus housing information and a few others.
Are there any assumed security responsibilities when receiving institutional data?
OIEP is in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 that protects the privacy of student education records. Student-level record data that our office provides to campus constituents should be secured in compliance with all CSUF, CSU, state, and federal guidelines.
To whom does the OIEP office provide information?
All faculty and staff at CSUF.
Where can I get the data for self-support classes?
Please submit a Data Request Form or email us at data@fullerton.edu if you need self-support classes’ data. Most dashboards on our website, provide information for only those students enrolled in state support classes in any given semester.

Does OIEP offer training for the faculty and staff?
Yes, OIEP provides training for faculty and staff on the dashboards, assessment, AMS, Qualtrics, and more. Please see the upcoming events page, or contact us at data@fullerton.edu.
