Financial Aid Awards
If you have an anticipated financial aid award, any remaining funds after your tuition and general fees have been paid will be applied toward your housing fees. Your anticipated aid award must be sufficient to cover your tuition and installment amount due in order to avoid the $30 late fee.
Financial Aid award cannot be applied toward any late fees.
triple-occupancy credit
Students who live in a triple occupancy unit will receive a credit of up to $800 per semester per student (or $1,600 for the academic year) for the period occupied by three residents.
Students who live in a triple occupancy unit with only 2 students will receive up to $200 per semester per student.
For the Fall semester, a credit of up to $400 each will be applied to your account in October and December. For the Spring semester, a credit of up to $400 each will be applied in March and May.
Any remaining credit on your account will be refunded at the end of the academic year.
This option is only available for the Residence Halls.

Student Housing Application Fee:
All students applying to live on-campus will pay a nonrefundable $50 Application Fee in order to submit an application. This fee cannot be waived or deferred. Our system will have you pay through Student Business Services' secure payment portal.
Please note: The Application Fee cannot be paid by Financial Aid or Scholarships.

The prices listed below are Room & Board costs for the 2024-2025 Academic Year . Students will pay in 6 different installment payments. 3 payments will be due during the Fall semester and 3 payments will be due during the Spring semester on the dates listed below. These prices below include Room & Board together as all students who live on campus are required to have a meal plan.
