Selection Process
Currently, the RN-BSN pathway is not impacted. This means that the School of Nursing has been able to admit all applicants who meet the admission requirements. However, there have been terms where one format (campus based or distance/online) has had more applicants than the format can accommodate. When one format becomes full, applicants are admitted based on a point structure, which is mainly based on GPA. Applicants who meet the minimum admission criteria but do not have enough points to be accommodated in their primary format choice will be given the option to either enroll into the other format for their current application term or to re-apply for their primary format choice in a future term.
