Q. Can I sign an award letter or agreement?
A. No. Only the authorized signer for the CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation (ASC) can sign a binding agreement on behalf of the university. The Office of Grants and Contracts (OGC) is authorized to negotiate terms and conditions of an agreement on behalf of the ASC.
