AA-IT Announcement - New Look to Dropbox! 

Your campus Dropbox account folder will have a new look. Dropbox will be making several changes including 

how files are structured beginning Friday, September 20, 2024 at 5PM. During the upgrade, you will have intermittent access to your Dropbox files.  

What to Expect?

• Member Folder – Everyone will have a new folder denoted by their name. The files/folders you own and files/folders shared with you will be moved into this folder.
• Team Folder - A team folder is a department shared folder. The folder structure within the team folder 

may change. Please review your folder names as sensitive subfolder names will be revealed.

When?

Friday, September 20, 2024 at 5PM – Monday, September 23, 2024 at 5AM
