Welcome to the start of the Fall 2020 Semester! The Division of Information Technology is pleased to offer you the following tools and services to help you this semester.

2. Canvas: CSUF’s New Learning Management System
CSUF is transitioning the Learning Management System (LMS) from TITANium to Canvas. During this transition period, faculty may choose to publish their course material in either system. After Spring 2021, Canvas will be the campus’ official LMS. For more information, to sign up for workshops, or view guides, visit the LMS Project website

3. Technology Needs
Make sure you have the tools you need for virtual instruction and work! We have laptops, headsets, and webcams available to you for check out!
- Faculty, if you need a device, please ask your department Chair to submit a request to devicerequest@fullerton.edu
- Staff, if you need a device, please ask your Chief of Operations or the Dean (delegate) to submit requests to devicerequest@fullerton.edu
You will then receive an email asking you to stop by our contact-less pickup at the Pollak Library south-side entrance.
Devices are also available for students. If your student requires a laptop, headset, or webcam for their classes, you can sponsor them by sending a request on their behalf to devicerequest@fullerton.edu or they may fill out a Device Request Form.
4. Softphones
We’ve implemented a new tool to help you use your campus phone, remotely. A softphone allows you to make and receive calls using your on-campus phone number while in the office and out. This software enables mobility for users who still need to utilize their campus extension. Features include:
Call Transfer, Call Forwarding, Three-way Call, Do Not Disturb, and more. For more information, or to request a softphone, visit the Mitel Softphone webpage

5. Virtual Computer Labs
Need access to college-specific software? You can now connect remotely to our new Virtual Labs. Use software that would be available in your college computer labs; Adobe Creative Cloud, Maya, SPSS, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and more. Visit the Virtual Lab webpage

6. Titan Direct Access for Canvas
The Titan Direct Access eBook program gives students access to select digital course material, for up to 80% off the new book price. Students will have free access to the course material for the first two weeks of the semester. You may then choose to purchase the eBook through Titan Shops. The Titan Direct Access program is available for select course material distributed through Canvas.

7. Digital Print Services
Our Digital Print Services is a full-service shop with friendly staff who can help you print poster boards, brochures, business cards, booklets, newsletters, invitations, wide 3D prints, and much more. Please visit the DPS webpage
to send your project and purchase with your TitanCard. Contact-less pickup for finished prints will be at Pollak Library South entrance.
