Cybersecurity Awareness Month (Week 4): Cybersecurity First

 

Week 4 of Cybersecurity Awareness Month is all about making security a priority. This means keeping cybersecurity at the forefront of your mind as you connect daily.

 

Tips to stay cybersecure:

• When scheduling a Zoom meeting , create a unique meeting ID. Do NOT host a meeting using your Personal Meeting ID.
• Use Dropbox to securely store Level 2 and Level 3 data and share files. For Level 1 data storage, please contact iso@fullerton.edu .
• Be careful when approving DUO notification requests. Only approve DUO requests that you have initiated.
• Be aware of suspicious emails, learn how to spot a phishing attack .
