AA-IT Announcement – New Xerox Copiers Arriving on Campus!

 

We are thrilled to announce the installation of new Xerox copiers across our campus this month! 

Due to end of life of the equipment and the expiration of our current Lease Agreement, these new machines are being deployed over the next few weeks. In alignment with our commitment to providing top-tier printing solutions, these advanced Xerox machines are designed to deliver improved efficiency, superior print quality, and enhanced service reliability. 

 

 Key Highlights of the New Xerox Copiers: 

  • Consistent Pricing:  We’re pleased to confirm that the pricing structure for these copiers remains unchanged, with many departments potentially seeing reduced costs.
  • On-Site Assistance:  To ensure a smooth transition, our helpdesk team will be on hand alongside the Xerox delivery team to assist with driver installations.
  • Self-Installation Guide Available:  For those who prefer a do-it-yourself approach, we’ve provided a detailed, step-by-step guide for downloading and installing the necessary drivers. This guide can be accessed anytime on our Campus Printer Installation page.
