IT Announcement – Update Your Chrome Browser

 

Recent reports detail a new cybersecurity attack that compromises and exposes your device. We urge all Chrome users to update to the most recent version of Chrome to stay secure.

 

Update your Chrome browser by:

• PC or Mac
• Launch Chrome
• Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the browser window
• Scroll down to “Help” and click on “About Google Chrome”
• If you don’t have the latest version of Chrome, you will be prompted to update
• When the update is complete, click “Relaunch” and you are done
• Smartphones and Tablets
• Please ensure all Chrome apps on your smartphones and tablets are updated by visiting the Apple App and Google Play Stores
