Page Manager

The page manager is a set of tools that is visible at the top of every page when in edit mode.  This page will describe how the page manger works and how these tools can help you make better content and design.

Page Tools

The Page Tools can be accessed by opening the hamburger menu on the right side of the page manager toolbar.  This allows a content editor to see what is on their page by category.  Each of the items on the page tools list opens a panel to the right displaying more detailed content, and showing any failures or warnings we may find.

This tool is very helpful for reviewing your content for heading order, good heading layout, listing all links and link text, and showing images with their alt text.

This tool provides a rudimentary check of your content.  It will catch basic accessibility failures such as headings being out of order.  Warnings may contain items such as alt text that appears too short or too long.  SEO Issues will alert you to link text and headings that may not be best for search engine optimization.

Accessibility failures should always be fixed!
