We don't need a lot of text here, but if you don't have anything making the space expand, you really don't see the parallax effect

The Place

Where are we supposed to go and/or why are we going there?  Is there a special reason we are having the event there or is it just a nice place to hold events.

Remember that you can also add directions on your page or link to the address so that users can see a map in Google.

The Project

Just a brief explaination about this whole thing is a great way to get people interested.  This isn't the full thing but just enough so that they know why this whole thing is happening.

Is it happening for the first time, the second time, or is this the 50th annual event that you are trying to highlight.

Page Breaker

Parallax is really interesting but can be an overwhelming feature if there's nothing to contrast with.  Here we have a simple layout on this page, just using two boxes.  This row is using a breakout-row with a colored background so we have a spacer between that top section and the rest of the content.  

You can add more parallax sections or just return to the normal page colors and continue adding your content.

Head Into Success

Write something short, add a few pictures and make a statement without creating a book for people to read.

Web writing is a matter of editing, spacing, and flow.  You can use your layouts to help craft something people want to explore.  A giant wall of text is way more interesting when its broken down into something that you can ease your way through.  Have it presented on the page using headers that help break up the sections with easy to understand phrases.  If people see a header they are interested in and understand they are far more likely to spend time reading your content.

Do you want to be more than a visitor?  Are you looking for extra support either with helping hands, or financial donations?
